About Us
Allegra, the owner of Allegra Life Strategies, offers 360 self- image coaching, life and personal development coaching and image consulting.  She helps her clients move to the next level of success by creating a strong influential image, coupled with a sustainable life strategy.  Allegra has been successful working with diverse client-types ranging from national and local televison personalities, to VP and C-level professionals, physicians, attorneys, churches, moms and dads.  Her many clients include entities such as NASA, Arizona State University, Sheraton Hotels, Macy's, America West Airlines, National Association of Black Journalists and federal and local government agencies.  Allegra launched her image management company almost 20 years ago in Washington, DC.  And, and as her clients had need, she later incorporated coaching and strategic planning to her offerings in order to provide her clients a total Life Strategy Package.
 
Having a broad range of professional and real life experience, has prepared Allegra to work at all levels of business and life.  Prior to founding Allegra Life Strategies, she worked in Congress as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Romano Mazzoli, of Louisville, KY.  She further honed her professional and people skills by serving as Assistant to the Pastor of a mega-church in Washington, DC.  After graduating college, Allegra moved to Madrid, Spain for 3 years.  While living in Spain, she studied Spanish language and Literature at the Universidad Compultense; she also taught English Language and Culture to journalists at El Pais, the national newspaper of Spain.  She has a B.A. in Psychology and is pursuing a M.A. in Executive Leadership.  She also has certification as a Life/Business Coach and  is a Certified Image Consultant.
 
Allegra  is very active in community outreach.  She has served on the Board of Directors for INROADS, a national program that provides career development and internship opportunities to under-represented college students.  She has volunteered her time to give seminars for future-journalists at Howard University in Washington, DC and has presented image and etiquette workshops for numerous non-profit organizations and churches across the country. Allegra is also an ordained pastor, and has served as a Hospice volunteer and acts as a grief support group co-facilitator.
